6-29-11 PM

 This afternoon I was honored to have 4 generations of the See family fishing with me.  How cool is that, ages ranging from 87 to 8. I had Barret, Matt, Craig, Charlie, Sallie, and Buck all together ready to fish.  We went bottom fishing and caught plenty of Croaker, Spot, and Piggies.  We also had a Blow fish and a few Oyster Toads in there as well.  Thanks guys for the honor and hope to see you again if you ever make it back down this way.

6-29-11 AM

This morning I was out with Gracie, Evans, Travis, and Brian for some more family fun fishing.  I always ask customers if they want quality or quantity and they choose the numbers game.  We put some numbers up on the board today, I couldn't even come close if I had to guess at it.  I would say 150 give or take on the morning.  They were non-stop on the hooking up today as they caught Flounder, Croaker, Spot, Piggies, and one really nice sized Sea Mullet.  The pic really doesn't do it justice as it was a nice fish.  I had really good time and Mr. Brian you some really good kids there.  Thanks

 This afternoon I was out with Jordan, Evan, Amy, Mike, and Brandon for some Tuesday afternoon  family fun fishing.  We went bottom fishing and caught a little bit of everything out there.   The boys did a great job catching them up and I think I even saw Amy reel a few in her self.  We caught Croakers, Piggies, Spot, Sea Mullet, Sand Perch, Flounder and I'm probably forgetting something in there.  Thanks guys, I had a great time and hope you did as well.  Some how I managed to not get any pics, sorry about that.

6-28-11 AM

 This morning I was out  Mark and Dave throwing jigs around what ever we could find.  The fished seemed to be hanging around the hard cover today as we landed Specks and Flounder throughout the morning.  We did some running around here and there but the guys were keyed in on the bite as they caught 1 or 2 at every stop.  LOL  Inside joke on that one but hey I will take it, I'll run all over the sound if needed to catch the fish.  Guys I had a great time and enjoyed the fishing.

6-27-11

Today I was out with Scott, Zack, and Sammy casting jigs all day.  We caught some nice fish throughout the day including Two nice keeper sized Flounder on the day.  It's all ways fun catching the Brownbacks on jigs rather than your everyday Flounder rigs.  We also caught our share of Specks on the day as well as we running and gunning.  All fish went back into the drink to be caught another day.   I think we thought we were in a Bass tourney for a little while.  Thanks alot guys, tell Connor I said What's up for me...

6-24-11

I was out today with Paul, Erica, and Steve casting our arms off.  We had awesome day as far as numbers go with the Specks.  At times we were catching cast after cast, well the Mayor was that is.  We now have a new hole called the Mayor's Hole..LOL  Erica was a trooper out there today as she hung right in there with the guys and caught her bunch.  We even had a little schoolie Striper join us for the afternoon.  Had a blast guys and girls and it was good seeing you again.

6-23-11

 This afternoon I went out with Mark, John, Andy, Owen, and Drew.  We headed out to do a little bottom fishing for the boys this afternoon and once they figured it out it was on.  We caught just about everything out here.  We had Croaker, Spot, Flounder, Trout, Sea Mullet, Piggies,etc.  The best part of the day is when one of the boys decided he wanted to Trout fish, so he took of his shrimp and put on a D.O.A. Lures soft plastic bait and caught a nice Croaker to end the day with.  You can never say never when fishing with the little ones.  He was the man and showed me a new little secret.  Thanks guys, I had  really good time out there today.

6-23-11 AM

I had my Monday crew back with me today along with a few extras, Steve, and Michelle.  We started of catching a few Specks first thing but it was a really slow bite so we moved on so Gabe could show what he had.  He is the same fish slayer I had on Monday that was catching Flounder 2 at a time.  He caught some fish today but we were unable to repeat the doubles up as the Flounder had moved on.  We did land some nice Blues, Spot, Croakers and so on until it was time to roll back in.  Thanks guys and it was good seeing you again.  Not sure how I didn't get any pics, sorry.

6-22-11 PM

This evening I was out with Josh, Page, Matthew, and Mike trying to see what we could into.  We tried to hide from the wind but that seemed nearly impossible for us.  You can all ways hide from it but we also wanted to catch fish in the process.  We hit a few spots I haven't fished in awhile and it paid off as we landed quite a few Specks and some Flounder as well. We ended up having a really good evening of fishing.  Thanks guys and I'll see ya next time around.

This afternoon I was out with Chris, Rane,Jeff, and Miss Becky.  To start off with Miss Becky had some of the sweetest fishing shoes I have ever seen..  The wind was still blowing this afternoon as we headed out but we were still able to manage a decent catch of Specks for the day. . No keepers on the day but we still had a good time jigging for the afternoon.  Thanks guys and gals, it was good seeing ya again.

This morning I was out with Robert, Mike, and Kevin for some Speck action.  The bite was a little slow for us this morning as the wind was blowing and had everything pretty dirty.  We still managed to land a nice catch for the day including a nice Flounder.  Thanks guys

Today I was out with Larry, Caroline, Liz, Jeff, Justin, and Tom for a little bit of everything. We fished and caught just about everything out there today.  We had some nice Trout on the jigs and plenty of bottom feeders.  We had a pretty good day on the Flounder with a keeper or two and a ton of throwbacks on the day.  We had great weather and a great crew to make it a fun trip.  Thanks alot guys and hope to see you again sometime Larry.

I was out this afternoon with Tom, Tom, Brenda, Bryce, Sarah, and Nick.  We headed out toward the inlet to do some Flounder fishing for the afternoon.  We caught right many fish but the keepers were once again elusive as they have been here lately.  We did manage a keeper on the day though.  From the looks of the pic I would say someone was hunger by the end of the trip.  Thanks guys, I had a great time out there today.

6-20-11 AM

I was out this morning with a long time friend Ashby and his buddy's Bernie and Gabe.  We started out with Speckled Trout fishing which was a little slow today but we did manage a few here and there.  We then moved on in search of a little more action for the Big Man Gabe.  We eventually started catching lots of fish and he was happy.  We caught a little bit of everything throughout the morning including Flounder, Speckled Trout, Grey Trout, Blues, Spot, Croaker, Sea Mullet, Sand Perch, etc.. The list goes on and on as we caught them till we left.  I had a blast guys and was glad to see Gabe catch them up.

Had Harley and his buddy's on the boat this afternoon for some Flounder action.  We caught quite a few but no keepers were in the catch for the day.  Had a great time guys and Thanks.

This morning I was out on a Fathers day fishing trip.  I had Rob, Kim, Katie, and Erin with me and the girls were fearless.  They had fished a time or two before and were catching them left and right.  We started out catching Specks and then moved on to do some bottom fishing to finish out the day.  We caught a little bit of everything throughout the morning from Flounder to Blues and everything in between.  Rob kept throwing the jig and caught a handful of Specks through the morning.  As far as Kim goes, I'm just glad we didn't sink...LOL  I had a blast guys and you girls keep on Rockn'..

 This afternoon I was out with Randy, Andrew, Dennis, and Will.  We fished all over catching a little bit of everything.  We had some nice Flounder catches as well as Sea Mullets.  We even a had a double up on the Flounder at one point.  We had a great time on the water as these boys put it on the fish.  Nothing better than seeing a Grandfather, Dad, and Grandkids fishing together and having a good time.  That is what making memories is all about.  Thanks alot guys.

 I was out this morning Jim, JP,George,and Jim for some Speck action and whatever else wanted to bite.  The bite was really slow but we still manage to pick them off slowly throughout the morning.  Along with the Specks we were able to get a few Blues in the mix as well.  I'm not sure how many we ended up with for the day but I know we had a good time and enjoyed the morning on the water.  Thanks guys

6-15-11 All Day

 I awoke this morning to the howling wind and a full day of Speck fishing ahead of me.  I met Kevin and Scott at the dock and headed out.  We had nothing on our sides except that fact that we were determined to catch fish.   The wind continued to build as the day went on but we were able to catch quit a few trout throughout the day.  I think we were able to catch a few at almost every stop we made and even a few new spots.  Had a great day out there today and glad you guys beat the weather.

6-14-11 PM

This afternoon I had a crew of Professionals aboard the boat which is nice because I can just chill and let them fish.  Yeah, these Pros worked me like a dog.LOL  I had Barry, Nate, Alex, Andy, Nick, and Jeff along with me today.  We went to the Flounder grounds and once we found them we really started catching them.  I believe one of the Pros had over ten Flounder for the day along with a Hound Fish as well.  We were entertained as well with about a 50. Ray and a nice Skate.  The Ray was a good fight as it took two of them to finally get him in.  I had a blast out there today with you guys and really appreciate you letting me relax.  Hope you have great week here on the Outer Banks.

This morning I was out with Monica, Paul, Paul, G Money, and Chris for some Flounder pounding.  Once again we caught them up, just didn't get any keepers out of the deal this morning.  Once we got Chris awake there was no stopping the man when it came to catching fish.LOL  We had a little action with a Hound fish this morning as well.  It was a cool catch as it put on a good show for the boat as it jumped repeatedly.  I had a great time guys and enjoyed the company.

This afternoon I went out with Charles, Chuck, John, and Dave for some Flounder action.  We caught some Flounder but once again the size just wasn't there today.  I really thought we were going to whack them afternoon but it just never really happened for us.  We good day on the water with or without keepers though. Thanks coming out this afternoon guys.

Today I was out with Ryan, EJ,and BIG Jim on a show and tell trip.  The point of the trip was to kind of show them around the area and give a few places to fish while they are in town.  After the morning we had I think I may have showed them to much.  We had an awesome morning of Speckled Trout fishing catching one after another for a few hours.  It was a great morning to be on the water that was for sure.  Once I showed them a few spots we headed to the inlet to do a little Flounder fishing.  The bite was really good but the size just wasn't there today but we had a blast anyways catching them.  Thanks alot guys and hope you have a good week on the water.

June Trips

 I have fallen behind once again on the reports, sorry about that.  The fishing has been getting better and better by the day.  We have had some great Trout fishing going on as well as some really nice Flounder starting to show up.  I want to thank everyone who has come out and fished this year with me.  We have been having some really good trips lately getting some nice catches.  The Kid fishing has been phenomenal lately as they have been catching a  little bit of everything everywhere we have been fishing.

I got a little behind on my fishing reports but here they are.  May trips were mostly bottom fishing trips along with a few trout here and there.  We had some great catches along with with some good times.  I have to say thanks to all of my charters for providing me with some great laughs and good company.  Here are some pics of a few of the catches that we had.
