Today I was out with Dave, Kris, and Bret for a little Trout, Flounder, Drum, and Striper action. We didn't exactly set the world on fire but we did manage to catch a wide variety of fish while throwing jigs. The fishing was a little slower than I anticipated but we seemed to pick some up everywhere we stopped so I guess that isn't so bad. We did manage to get another Inshore Slam for the year which was way cool. I think we had 10 or so Speckled Trout, 3 Puppy Drum, 1 Striper, a few Flounder, and some nice Croakers for the day. The Croaker were an extra you could say as they seemed to like the jigs today as well. I know we had a blast out there today and I look forward to fishing with you guys and hearing the stories again next year.
